Starting with an IDEA

Recently, an article appeared in the New York Times that spoke of how QiGong is fast becoming the next Mind Body explosion for people of all ages. I was interviewed for the article, and much of what the article stated came about from my frequent discussions with the author. This interview stemmed from an article that I wrote for IDEA in their Fitness Journal magazine this year regarding QiGong in the exercise science world and how it is improving peoples lives, by reducing highblood pressure, increasing balance and gait and improving ones clarityof thought..

Another article in Newsweek clearly stated that research now provesthat exercise makes us smarter, may help fight breast cancer and evenprevent Alzheimer’s.
